To celebrate the achievements of Ernest Shackleton I was set a brief from the Mackinlays Brewery to create a new brand of whisky. The name ‘No4 BURLINTONS’ which I have used as the brands name was the first address in which he advertised for volunteers who would accompany him on his Antarctic Exploration.
